Chile Incentive Travel

Visit glaciers and deserts in 1 country? This is possible during your Chile incentive trip, which lies in several climate zones due to its vastness (4300km long!). Along the way you will encounter deserts as well as fjords and you can climb several volcanoes. Afterwards, rest from all effort in a natural hot spring or visit one of the national parks. The south of Chile consists of Patagonia and the breathtaking Torres del Paine park.

Atacama desert

The North of Chile is characterized by the Atacama desert, a versatile place for your Chile incentive trip. This is a very special place; there are geysers spouting hot water and brightly colored lagoons at the base of volcanoes, where pink flamingos grace the landscape. Also salt flats can be discovered with your team. But there are also parts where it never rains. Chile has the largest concentration of volcanoes in the world. Hardly anywhere on earth is the starry sky so impressive and beautiful; it is not for nothing the base of the NASA.

Cheerful cities and wine

In need of culture? Visit one of the colorful cities with street art and cheerful buskers such as Santiago or Valporaiso or the vineyards in the Elqui valley during a Chile incentive trip. Visit creative market places, admire the street art and enjoy a wine tasting. All this can be combined in your incentive trip to Chile!

Experience the breathtaking Atacama; the vistas of the salt flats, colorful volcanic landscapes, flamingo lagoons and spitting geysers are an experience to remember. Or enjoy the best wines and clear nights in the Elqui valley. Admire Chile’s artsy port city of Valporaiso or stroll through the mountainous masterpiece Torres del Paine in Patagonia on your Chile incentive trip.

Day 1 - Arrival Santiago

Welcome in Santiago, the city where your incentive travel through Chile starts! Transfer to hotel from the airport.
With a guide you will explore Santiago de Chile by city tour. This city is founded in 1541 by the Spanish conquerors and has been the capital of Chile since colonial times. The city is surrounded by the Andes mountain range and has a centre of 19th century neoclassical architecture with winding side streets, littered with art deco, neo-Gothic and other styles. You can enjoy the many street musicians and handmade copper jewellery at the markets in the streets. The city consists of several hills, the Mapocho River, many parks and the Andes mountain range can always be seen. The city is surrounded by vineyards and is a few hours away from both the mountains and the Pacific. We’ll stay in a hotel in Santiago.

Day 2 - Wineries & Valporaiso

Chile has world-famous wines. The fertile hills around Santiago have produced many award-winning wines. Today we will visit these peaceful vineyards. During this tour, you see the stately homes, gardens and wine cellars of the first owners of the largest wine export in South America. We will probably enjoyed a glass or more, of Concho y Toro wine; one of the world’s most famous wines which is available in more than 130 countries. Enjoy the delicious flavours during the wine tasting! Afterwards we will head to the charming, artistic Valporaiso. You’ll enjoy the colourfull streets of this bohemian town with artistic boutiques, atmospheric restaurants and street artists live at work!

Day 3 - Atacama desert - Moon valley & Star gazing

Today we take an early flight to San Pedro de Atacama, a small oasis village at the Altiplano. In this geographical region are some of the tallest volcanoes of the Andes. Nowadays, this small town is of great importance because it’s considered the archaeological capital of Chile due to the epic beauty of the landscape. Thanks to the high altitude, dry, cloud-free air and lack of ‘light pollution’ from big cities, this is one of the best places in the world to observe stars and a fixed base for NASA. We will enjoy the stars at our star gazing tour tonight!

During the afternoon we will visit the spectacular Moon Valley and Death Valley, one of the highlight from your incentive travel through Chile! We will enjoy the exceptional shapes of the landscape, like if we’re walking on the moon. The views of the Andes and volcanoes are spectacular. When dusk falls, you’ll be overwhelmed by the red and golden colours of the desert sky.

Day 4 - Vulcanoes, flamingo lagoons & Salt flats

Today we will discover the magical colours of the Atacama Desert, with the imposing Piedras Rojas, the beautiful lagoons of Chaxa, Miscanti and Miñiques Andes and the expansive Atacama salt flats. We’ll be surrounded by impressive volcanoes from formations of the Andes mountain range. The lagoons are inhabited by a great variety of wild birds, including brightly coloured flamingo colonies. A spectacularly beautiful environment! On the way you back, we’ll enjoy the views of the famous volcanoes of Licanabur and Lascar and we visit the traditional colonial village of Toconao.

Day 5 - Santiago - back home

Flight back to Santiago and then back home.

The end of an unforgettable incentive travel in Chile!
