Lapland Incentive Travel

Lapland stretches from Northern Norway, Sweden and Finland to Russia. Lapland is an extraordinary incentive travel destination. Great contrasts are essential when describing Lapland; from 24 hours of sunlight in the summer to dark winter days. It also offers unique natural phenomena: polar nights, autumn colors, northern lights and Arctic cities nestled between ice ages. Lapland is also described as Europe’s last great wilderness. This and much more makes Lapland an unforgettable incentive destination for you and your team!

The Northern Lights

Marvel at the diverse colors that brighten the sky on a guided expedition where you will go in search of the Northern Lights. This beautiful phenomenon is also called Aurora. In the evening before the expedition, a photography lesson is given to capture the most beautiful colors. Although the colors are often bright green, they can sometimes turn purple or pink.

Huskies and reindeer safari

Get on board and experience a trip to remember. In the morning the journey goes to Finland where an amazing husky safari awaits you and your team. Along the way you can enjoy the beautiful nature and afterwards you can taste the delicacy of Finland. In the evening the journey continues to a remote reindeer farm where the reindeer roam freely. Here it is possible to take a reindeer sleigh ride. Did you know that Lapland has just as many reindeer as inhabitants?

On adventure with a snowmobile

Time for an adrenaline rush! During this snowmobile tour you will drive with your team through the beautiful surroundings of Lapland. For this expedition you will receive thick, warm overalls so you do not have to worry about the cold. Afterwards it is possible to sleep in an igloo with a glass roof. With a bit of luck you can admire the Northern Lights from your bed in the evening.

Winter wonder land and Sami culture

Nowhere in Europe is the air as pure as in Lapland. There are high mountains to the north and west and to the south and east the landscape turns into lowlands as the Baltic bay is reached. From the foot of the mountains to the lowlands, the land is covered with forests and pines. During a walk you hear the snow crunching under your feet and you can take a moment to appreciate the tranquility that this area has to offer. Due to the high mountains it is even possible to go on winter sports here. The meter-high trees covered with snow make the view seem like it came from a fairytale. Do you want to take a look at the Sami way of life? We can organize this for you during a dinner in a Sami hut.

Visit Northern Norway, a perfect location to spot the Northern Lights. Learn the Northern Lights photography skills during your Lapland incentive trip. Or experience a husky safari in the wilderness. Relax in a Finnish sauna. Would you like to meet a local reindeer herder at work in the wild? We can offer all of this!
